8TH WEEK OF PREGNANCY - 7 WEEKS ALONG

This is my 8th week of pregnancy. I was officially 7 weeks pregnant on Friday. This week in our little geekling's development:
-Our baby is about the size of a raspberry, about half an inch long
-The geekling is taking on more of a baby-like appearance, now and looks less reptilian
-His or her upper lip, button nose and eyelids are forming
-His or her webbed feet and hands are differentiating now
-His or her heart is beating about 150 beats per minute
-Our geekling is now developing at a rate of about one millimeter each day, but this is in height, arms, legs, back and other parts of his or her body
-On the pregnancy front, I may experience more queasiness this week because baby will be moving around, when might make me uncomfortable
-As well, I might start having pregnancy heartburn - yay
Lots of stuff is happening - crazy to think about all that's going on inside of me right now!
